We at KATHA strongly believe that one of the best ways to inspire people and initiate change into this world is, by sharing inspirational stories. Stories of passion, hard work, grit,resilience and determination.
Our vision is to inspire new growth together by sharing and spreading inspiring stories of women entrepreneurs who are unheard of. Our focus is to share stories of those women entrepreneurs who have embarked on their entrepreneurial journey and are owners of small scale businesses. We also envision to connect,collaborate and develop this group of women entrepreneurs and be the change makers in the world of women entrepreneurs community.
The purpose of our existence is, to share and spread inspiring stories of empowered and passionate women entrepreneurs who with their hard work, resilience, grit and determination have turned their dreams into reality and have become change makers.
We aim to showcase and focus our stories around 2 aspects:
1. Entrepreneurial stories which are unheard of; are unconventional & non traditional in nature.
2. Entrepreneurial stories emerging from small scale businesses.
We share these stories to inspire people and motivate them to follow their passion and bring about change in this world in their own way.

I am Pradnya Punekar, a proud mother of 2 boys, seasoned human resources professional with 12 years of global experience in creating vibrant communities and empowered teams, and the winner of an international beauty pageant. I have founded Katha with the sole aim of celebrating the courage of women entrepreneurs running small scale businesses , many of whose stories are generally not in the media spotlight.
I am very passionate about creating a global community of women who can inspire ,learn, mentor and grow from each other's successes ,trials and tribulations.
